At 26, Demetra started Moore Out of Life, a premier boutique professional development firm. Through that experience, she had the opportunity to experience the rise and fall of leadership. Demetra has used the experiences and difficulties from that journey as an opportunity for growth and change.
She has developed a proven process called the L.I.G.H.T. method to empower others to focus on opportunities instead of obstacles and to achievegrowth over self-sabotage. Demetra unlocks the leader within everyone by helping those around her develop self-reflection and confidence-building skills.

Demetra sought to expand her reach to the corporate educational sector, affording her the opportunity to partner with programs such as Duke Corporate Education, JST Coaching & Training, and the Academy of Creative Coaching to facilitate coach training for organizations and professionals
